Hello! I'm Cuong Luu, the owner of CMK Chili Oil and one of three brothers in the Luu family. In March 2024, I made the exciting decision to jar our homemade chili oil, sharing our family's treasured recipe with the world.

This chili oil is more than just a condiment—it's a part of our heritage and something I use daily to bring bold, authentic flavors to my meals.

It's a pleasure and an honor to share this tradition with you, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to bring a taste of our family to your table.

Thirteen years ago, when my siblings and I were old enough to start working, our parents embraced the idea of opening a family-owned restaurant. For them, it wasn't just about fulfilling a dream; it was also about giving us brothers a chance to gain valuable experience and earn our way.

And so, VN Pho & Deli was born—a place where we could share authentic Vietnamese flavors with our community while growing together as a family.
