Hello! I'm Cuong Luu, the owner of CMK Chili Oil and one of three brothers in the Luu family. In March 2024, I made the exciting decision to jar our homemade chili oil, sharing our family's treasured recipe with the world.
This chili oil is more than just a condiment—it's a part of our heritage and something I use daily to bring bold, authentic flavors to my meals.
